Isolated showers and partially clouded skies are expected in the city on Sunday (today) while the temperature is anticipated to stay in the mid thirties.

 

On Saturday, parts of the city received 5mm rain while the skies remained patchy. The monsoon system which caused the recent activity has exhausted itself while another system is in the brewing over central India.

 

This system is expected to affect Pakistan in the next 48 hours, provided it still has the strength.

 

The maximum temperature in the city was 35.5 degree Celsius while in the country was 47 at Dalbandin. Rainfall recorded in the past 24 hours was 20 mm at Barkhan, Kakul 19 mm, Kotli 11 mm, Islamabad 10 mm.
