An alleged mobile snatcher escaped from the court of Additional District and Sessions judge, Allah Bachayo Gabol, after his bail plea was rejected on Thursday.
Public prosecutor Muneer Muhammad Khushk while tendering his arguments had submitted that the accused had snatched a mobile set and cash from the complainant, Faisal and upon resistance the accused had assaulted the complainant.
The prosecutor contended that the accused must not be released on bail as he was a habitual criminal.
The court after hearing the arguments had rejected the bail application of accused, Malik Shamoon.
