ANF seizes 700kg of hashish in raids

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) seized 700 kilograms of hashish in two raids, one each in Karachi and a place in interior Sindh .
The ANF spokesman said that in the first operation conducted on the National Highway, Karachi, a Mazda mini-truck was intercepted and on inspection 400 kilograms of hashish were found and two men were arrested.
In another raid conducted in a slum area of interior Sindh, 300 kilograms of hashish was discovered in a double cabin jeep.
The narcotic was seized and the driver arrested.
According to the spokesman, efforts are being made to apprehend other individuals involved in these cases.
