A delegation of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) comprising Dr Sagheer Ahmed, Wasim Aftab and Senator Babar Ghauri held separate meetings with former chief minister Ali Mohammad Mehar, Sukkur’s former nazim Nasir Shah and National People’s Party leader Murtaza Jatoi on Saturday, wherein the country’s political and economic situation was discussed.

Mehar, Shah and Jatoi lauded the MQM’s efforts to pull the country out of its prevailing crises. They said they had always admired Hussain’s ideology pertaining to the country’s survival and stability.
