KARACHI: TPL Trakker has announced the launch of its first personal tracking product ‘Personal Trakking (PT)’ to assist users track updates of loved ones, their network and individuals, in case of an emergency, a statement said on Wednesday.
PT is the smartest personal tracking device available in Pakistan. It can fit in a pocket, bag or can be used as a keychain, making it not only easy to wear but also discreet to operate.
The personal tracking device comprises of two products PT1 and PT2. The product PT1 is for Rs13000 and annual monitoring charges are Rs6900. PT2 is a wrist watch and also have a two way communication available for Rs17800.
The product has multiple features with a battery life of three days, with battery alert via email or sms. It also has a geo-fencing feature and speed alert. Ali Kirmani, COO TPL, said the product is not only for individual to monitor their loved ones, but it can cater a wider customer range including Journalists, law enforcement agencies, NGO workers, lawyers, doctors and even corporates to monitor their sales representatives.
He said, “TPL is extremely excited to bring PT into the lives of the people of Pakistan for the first time– with this state-of-the-art product in your life, you can be assured of your loved one’s track and your work force’s competency.” The data of the individuals is stored with the company for at least five years. "PT covers dozens of applications keeping our users and their needs in mind, and TPL’s new upcoming products will broaden consumer demand even further," Jameel Yousuf, Chairman, TPL Trakker Ltd said.
