LAHORE: Turkish investors are keen to invest in China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) along with Pakistani and Chinese companies in this mega economic project, a statement said on Monday.
Pak-Turk Businessmen Association (PTBA) Secretary General Aslam Bhatti said a 10-member Turkish investors’ delegation will visit Lahore on Tuesday to see the opportunities in different sectors of Pakistan.
The coming Turkish investors represent variety of sectors such as construction, energy, textile, agriculture, livestock, machinery, printing, electronics, home appliances and PVC windows, doors, etc, it said.
During, their five-day visit to Pakistan, the delegation will have interaction with local investors, traders and the business community, the statement said.
They will also visit Islamabad and Lahore Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT) officials will brief the delegation about different sectors, projects and opportunities available for the Turkish investors.
