BAHAWALPUR: A walk was organised to create awareness about Tuberculosis (TB) among the masses in connection with the World TB Day here.

The walk was organised under the aegis of the Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in which doctors, students, patients, philanthropists and civil society members participated. The walk started from QMC auditorium and after marching culminated at the same point. Speaking on the occasion, the QMC principal and others said that the TB was a curable disease and necessary information was required to counter it more effectively.
