Rain lashes Nankana

NANKANA SAHIB: The city and its adjoining areas received heavy rain on Monday.
The rain started early in the morning and continued for many hours with regular intervals. The rainwater inundated various roads of different areas including Housing Colony, Zeeshan Town, Bashir Bhatt Road, Hospital Road, Shad Bagh Colony, Doctors Bazaar and Goal Chowk, created problems for the people. Meanwhile, heaps of garbage caused problems for the people especially after heavy rain in the city due to negligence of the TMA authorities.

2 cops suspended

NANKANA SAHIB: DPO Shahzad Sultan on Monday suspended two cops for negligence.
The DPO suspended ASI Mumtaz Ajmal and head constable Shakeel.
