DPO listens to complainants in open court From Our Correspondent MUZAFFARGARH: DPO Rai Zameer ul Haq Friday held an open court in a mosque and listened to the complaints of the people and ordered their resolution. Addressing the open court, the DPO urged the people to avoid false complaints against their rivals. He asked the locals to start Thakeri Phara with the consultation of the local SHO. He also transferred check post in-charge forthwith over a complaint of a local politician. The DPO said the police are duty bound to administer justice to the people at their doorsteps. He said such meetings are essential to create police-people friendly atmosphere. The DPO also told the participants about police efforts against terrorism. MPA Murtaza Raheem Khar, DSP Abdul Rehman Asam, City Press Club president Muzaffargarh Dr Khalid Mehmood Zaffar Chaudhry, and a large number of notable attended the open court.
