SUKKUR: The Sindh University (SU) has decided to take some immediate and long-term steps for the quality management in the university’s overall working to promote educational standards in the country.
Such steps would lead to a qualitative improvement in overall educational pursuits, enabling the students to effectively take part in the country’s socioeconomic development in their practical life, said vice chancellor Prof. Dr. Imdad Ali Ismaili, while talking to journalists here on Tuesday.
Introducing new academic initiatives, he said that necessary arrangements had been made to generate management and skill-based activities on the campus.
“We wish the university plays its effective role to construct knowledge through meaningful, relevant and internationally competitive research in different fields,” Prof. Dr Imdad Ali Ismaili said.
He said all possible efforts would be made to promote the culture of research and development by creating an enabling environment in the university where faculty and students get engaged in research.
