PESHAWAR: A sub-inspector (SI) of police was killed and three other cops sustained injuries in a remote-controlled bomb attack on a police patrol car in the jurisdiction of the Daudzai Police Station here Friday night. A police official said cops from the Daudzai Police Station were on routine patrol when it was targetted with an improvised explosive device (IED) on the Tukhtabad Road at 7:55pm. Injured Sub-Inspector Dad Mohammad Khan succumbed to his injuries while being taken to the Lady Reading Hospital.
