MACH: Five people, including a tribal elder, were killed and two others were injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) went off in the Dasht area here on Thursday night, a private channel reported.
The explosion took place when a vehicle hit a landmine, killing five people, including Mir Gul Khan, brother of Mir Nasibullah, a former Nazim belonging to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
The bodies were taken to a nearby hospital for fulfilling medico-legal formalities. Meanwhile, Levies sources said two bullet-riddled bodies were recovered from Ormara. They said the bodies were shifted to a hospital in Gwadar for identification.
Moreover, police said two hand grenade attacks took place in the Quetta’s Satellite Town in a market. However, there was no loss of life or property.
