FBR extends date of filing of income tax returns for salaried class

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the date for filing Income Tax returns for salaried persons till the 30th of September 2015.
It was due to the request of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI), various chambers of commerce and industry, All Pakistan Tax Bar Association and other trade bodies that the Federal Minister for Finance & Revenue Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar has allowed the Federal
Board of Revenue (FBR) to extend the date for filing of Income Tax returns for salaried persons and statements
under Section 115(4) of
the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 till the 30th of September 2015.
