Imran, Reham, Tareen escape helicopter crash

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, his wife Reham Khan and Jehangir Tareen on Monday escaped helicopter crash in the city.
Imran’s helicopter faced a severe windstorm when he along with his wife Reham Khan was travelling to Lahore for an Iftar dinner at the NUML. PTI General Secretary Jahangir Tareen was also sitting in the helicopter.
Imran, in a message on his official Twitter account, said: “So grateful to Allah for a safe landing of our helicopter. Insha’Allah, Allah will protect me so that I could build a Naya Pakistan.”Despite a difficult situation that occurred due to bad weather, the helicopter pilot somehow managed to have a safe landing in Lahore.
