‘Pakistan desires to promote trade ties with Albania’

ISTANBUL: President Mamnoon Hussain has said Pakistan desires promotion of relations with Albania in the economic, trade and cultural fields, offering to provide higher education and training facilities to the country. In a meeting with President of Albania Bujar Nishani on Friday on the sidelines of centenary celebrations of Canakkale battles here, the president said high- level contacts were necessary for maintaining and expanding friendly relations between Pakistan and Albania.A Pakistan-Albania Parliamentary Friendship Group already exists in Pakistan’s National Assembly and it looked forward to the formation of a similar group in Albanian Parliament, the President added.
