BARA: Twenty terrorists, including three suicide bombers, were killed when Pakistan Air Force (PAF) fighter aircraft targeted their hideouts in the Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency on Thursday, official sources said.
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) through a statement said the fighter aircraft targeted the hideouts in the lower part of Tirah Valley in which 20 militants, including three suicide bombers, were killed.
It said several hideouts, ammunition and ration depots were also destroyed in the aerial blitz.“Besides the air strikes, the security force also used mortar shells from different locations to target the hideouts of militants in Kukikhel, Sepah and Kamarkhel areas,” the communique added.The sources said security forces continued their advance movement into the upper Tirah Valley and occupied the main hideouts of militants on mountainous tops in various areas.
