ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday restored membership of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) member Sindh Assembly, Nawaz Chandio.The three-member bench of the court headed by Justice, Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case filed by Nawaz Chandio challenging the decision of re-election in PS-56.The bench dismissed the decision of re-election in 38 polling stations of PS-56.Earlier the Election Tribunal on the application of Ismail Raho over the allegation of rigging directed the Election Commission of Pakistan to hold re-election in 38 polling stations of the constituency.
