Nation, army working to flush out terrorism: Baloch

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister of SAFRON, Lt. Gen (Retd), Abdul Qadir Baloch has said that the nation and armed forces were working to flush out the menace of terrorism from the country.
Talking to state-run television, he said that the armed forces are actively engaged in fighting the war on terrorism to maintain peace in the country.He said that action would be taken against those groups, elements or madaris found involved in supporting the terrorists.
To a question regarding establishment of special courts, he said the courts would work against elements found involved in terrorist activities. Baloch said that consensus and consultation were held before the establishment of special courts in the country. To another question, he said that provincial governments should also take steps to weed out terrorism in their areas.
