Gang of motorcycle lifters busted

The Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC) of the Baldia Town police on Wednesday claimed to have busted a two-member gang of motorcycle lifters.
Accoridng to an AVLC spokesperson, Rehmatullah Jahangir, son of Ashfaq Baig, and Shahid, son of Abdul Rasheed, were arrested during a raid conducted on a tip-off in Baldia Town. The police also recovered two stolen motorcycles from their possession. The spokesperson said that the suspects were habitual motorcycle lifters. One of the suspects was a mechanic by profession and used to sell parts of lifted motorcycles. He was arrested earlier also.
