LAHORE: Pakistan hockey team Vice Captain Azfar Yaqoob has not only urged the people to practice social distance, adopt precautionary measures but also asked them particularly sportspersons to do regular exercise for fitness and hockey players to stay in form by practicing at home.
In a video message shared by Asian Hockey Federation, Azfar who also joined the health organisations in fight against the virus and workout at home came up with some safety guidelines while staying at home. He said “As you all know about coronavirus pandemic has ended many lives due to its severity. All around the world we should act upon the precautions as directed by the World Health Organisation to keep the people around us safe and healthy. “Please wash your hands frequently, use warm water with lemon to build strong immune system and practice social distancing. Keep practicing hockey at home to stay in form and do maximum work out you can do inside your house,” he said.
