ISLAMABAD: Malik Riaz Hussain has submitted more evidence against Arsalan Iftikhar Chaudhry to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

 

Malik Riaz, who again appeared before the joint investigation team (JIT) of the NAB on Monday, submitted new evidence against Arsalan Iftikhar. The JIT asked Malik Riaz more questions in connection with its investigation. Malik Riaz told the JIT that Arsalan Iftikhar allegedly got heavy financial benefits from him.

 

The NAB announced that, after examining new evidence, experts would prepare a report after collecting material from different banks and financial institutions. The JIT has also started investigation into the money-laundering aspect of the case. Arsalan Iftikhar has been issued notice for appearance this week while Supreme Court Registrar Dr Faqir Hussain has also been summoned to the NAB headquarters in his personal capacity.
