ISLAMABAD: A high-level meeting, held here at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Saturday under the chairmanship of President Asif Ali Zardari, reviewed the modalities of MoU regarding opening of Nato supplies.
Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kiyani, Pakistan’s Ambassador to the US Sherry Rehman and other high-ups participated the meeting.
It is pertinent to mention here that MoU has been finalised, which is likely to be signed soon during the visit of Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar to the United States.
The meeting also discussed the prevailing political situation of the country.
