ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court will resume hearing into the memogate case on July 12, and it has issued notices to the respondents in the instant case, including former Ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani and American businessman Mansoor Ejaz.

 

A nine-member bench of the Supreme Court, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, will hear the case.Earlier on June 11, the Memo Commission, constituted by the country’s highest court had submitted its report, establishing that the memorandum was authentic.
