ISLAMABAD: A division bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) here on Thursday reserved judgment in the matter of presidential pardon to a terrorism convict after counsels from the both sides completed their arguments.

 

The petitioners, Chaudhry Muhammad Naeem Ali and Umar Khayam, through their counsels Chaudhry Ashraf Gujjar and Barrister Zafar Ullah advocates has challenged the pardon to Muhammad Basharat who had murdered a person namely Hamid on January 09, 2010. Basharat is a former guard of Malik Riaz.
