RAWALPINDI: The Holy Family Hospital (HFH) Blood Bank caught fire Saturday night; however the incident did not cause significant damage to machinery, and nor any loss of life was reported.

The hospital administration managed to put out fire immediately after its eruption. The fire damaged an air conditioner installed at the blood bank and burnt a curtain there. The HFH administration has framed an inquiry committee to assess details of the losses caused by the fire and the reasons behind its eruption.
