DUBAI: Pakistan recorded a convincing 64-run victory against Hong Kong in a practice match here at the ICC Cricket Academy Ground in Dubai.
Mohammad Rizwan’s unbeaten 38-ball 55-run knock helped Pakistan put a competitive total of 167-7 on board in their 20 overs.
Aamer Yamin scored 27, while Sohaib Maqsood and Rafatullah Mohmand scored 25 runs each.
Ahmed Shahzad fell without scoring. Shahid Afridi also failed to make an impact and lost his wicket after scoring five runs. Hong Kong were bundled out for 103 in 17.1 overs. Mark Chapman smashed 50 off 38 balls. Shahid Afridi and Bilal Asif took two wickets each.
