|
LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said Pakistan has become a grazing field where foreigners are roaming freely, adding that drone attacks had turned every nook and corner of the country “into a bloodbath” while national freedom and sovereignty had been sold to foreigners for a megare 7.5 billion dollars. Shahbaz was addressing a function held in connection with the Pakistan Day here on Friday. He said he would not rest till the recovery of public wealth looted by President Asif Zardari and the gang of ‘Ali Baba and 40 thieves’ under the guise of Benazir’s grave. He said he would use the recovered money for public welfare. Shahbaz said that begging from foreigners was a blunder, adding that national aspirations could not be compromised and a life that undermined respect and honour must be rejected. The CM said although he had been advised not to use harsh words against the president, he would never stop saying 10 percent etc until the loot and plunder of Asif Zardari were exposed. Shahbaz said Pakistanis should contemplate why East Pakistan became Bangladesh, asking why we pushed the Bengalis to an extent that they left us.
