This refers to Dr Maleeha Lodhi’s article titled ‘Flawed Afghan road map’ (Sept 4). It is quite evident that the US civil administration and military are going their own ways.
The US administration, giving clear signs that it has lost direction, is not pursuing a coordinated policy where both civil and military leadership are onboard. There is no relief in sight for Pakistan after December 2014 or even beyond 2024.
